The craziest trip ever. A one-day trip to Kl just for the Visa application.

After the visa, I went to KLCC which was nearer (10-minute walk from Wisma MCA) with Grace and Anna.

I've inspected every corner of KLCC and LCCT. Although it's tiring, it was quite fun going up and down the escalator. We were practically wandering around the place waiting for time to pass us by.

After KLCC, it was time to head for LCCT at about 10pm. Arrived there at about 11pm and I was already starting to feel cold so I sat at Coffee Bean for a hot chocolate (P/S Don't ever drink the hot chocolat. It's so sweet that it makes you queasy after a few sips!!). Didn't sleep really well the whole night and I got a neck-ache and backache for it.

Time passes quite fast, faster than I expected it to be and in no time, I'm back home.

It's good to be back. HOME SWEET HOME!!

A big goodbye

In a blink of an eye, everything has passed before me. From the day the JPA offer letter fell into my hands until now, I am almost there. Just a few more medical reports to go and a visa to do before I'm officially in Canada. (YES!)

Time really flies. I had conquered ICPU and just today, BTN camp.

Gonna leave Subang Jaya tomorrow. It doesn't seem that I have been here for a year. Gosh..How am I feeling now? I just felt numb. I don't know how to describe the rumbly feeling I have inside me. Sadness? Overjoyed..somehow for leaving this hot and hazy place. But no matter how much I feel like leaving, there's always the heavy-heartedness tingly sensation inside me that is tickling my senses and makes me a little reluctant.

I just want to thank all my dearest friends for the support you have given me be it in assignments or games, I just wanted to say I have the most memorable time of my life with all of you. Without all of you, my life in Subang Jaya will be a boring one and I definitely won't be missing this place already. Even though we are all going our separate ways, I hope we will still keep in touch and all the best!

Until we meet again...

Goodbye and take care everyone! I will miss you all!!

Incomparable happiness

I never felt this before but since yesterday, I felt it deeply.

THE ACT OF GIVING IS BETTER THAN THE ACT OF RECEIVING

Somehow, the feeling of happiness that you when you receive gifts from someone is nothing compared to the feeling you experience when you see someone touched by your gifts (it does not have to be just gifts but a little help will do).

A dedication

I would like to dedicate this post to those who feel disappointed in life

Hey my friend out there,

Please don't feel troubled anymore

For everything happens for a reason,

God has made plans for everyone of us and His plans are always for our best.

So I hope you'd cheer up and see that probably it is just for the better
well, it is for the best for her and for everybody.

Things don't go our way sometimes and maybe through what we've been in life,

we would look at things through a better perspective and learn as we go along the ups and downs of life.

I know it's hard to cheer up
but I hope you will be as time passes.

I believe that time heals ever
y wound and it always does.

Tan Sri Loy Hean Heong Library

Presenting Taylor's College Library, Tan Sri Loy Hean Heong Library...They have everything you need...ranging from

Individual study cubicles when you need to spend some lonely and quality time hugging your book to sleep, you might as well prefer these white little cubicles as your study place rather than the group study table.

They have all the reference books you need to complement your courses; be it A-Levels, ICPU, SAM and IB. Erm...quite helpful resources as long as you make use of them to the fullest.

More useful books. I think these are marketing books if I'm not mistaken.

Oh and they have an infinite number of computers. Look at how engrossed and satisfied the brownish-yellow shirt guy is surfing the web. XD

Oh and I caught this girl rummaging through the piles and racks of books for her finals. Look at how satisfied she is with her findings.

Thus, in conclusion, AHEM AHEM, come to Taylor's College and you'll have so much fun in the library.

The day no. 4 came off

Reaching the end

Time is ticking close to Graduation Day. As I was browsing through the photos I have taken in past few months, I begin to reminisce the great and terrible times I had in ICPU.

What can I say, overall, ICPU was unexpectedly enjoyable, despite the assignments that were sometimes overbearing. They come almost at the same time so you get one whole week of freedom and the next, you're loaded with assignments and deadlines. That's ICPU.

Throughout the two semesters, I have been really quiet in class, not to mention sleepy most of the time especially in periods after lunch break. But I can definitely agree I'm more prepared to have presentations than before. But if you were to ask me what I've learnt in ICPU, I'd most probably say the many wonderful and crazy ways to relieve stress.

After my one-year stay in Casa Subang, I felt I have grown more independent. I learnt to tackle things alone, be it physically and emotionally. My stay in Casa Subang is like a year in camp where you have to wash your own clothes and clean up at a more intense level.

Emotionally, I have to deal with myself and my fears - fears of rejection, being alone and not coping well. An outside world without your parents watching an eye over you is really overwhelming. You will see the world in a bigger picture rather than just a world of fantasy.

However, I really enjoyed this semester well. Well, if you say ICPU, I'll say thumbs up. I'm glad I got into ICPU and meet all the lovely friends here.

A worthwhile trip

I'm back from Genting!

Overall, I can say that it was a worthwhile trip despite being lethargic now. Love the weather up there but it was not as cold as compared to the first time I went there six years ago.

Anyway, I tried new rides I've never experienced before. From someone who doesn't dare to ride thrilling rides, I challenged myself to do so....and I succeeded. Yeah I know it sounds silly but I'm proud of myself. It was my first time riding roller coasters and even though I find them scary, it felt so much better after you shouted out loud, making high-pitched sounds as you slide down the tracks.

21 of us went, 11 boys and 10 girls. Started our journey as early as 5.45 on the morning of June, 2nd to reach KL central and went back to KL Central 2.30 pm from Genting.

I didn't sleep much last night. Was playing the whole night and walked in the Flower Garden with the mist blowing on us. I only turned in at 5 am and woke up at 8.25 am.

I still loved the Pirate ship best though it was not the most thrilling. I just like the part where your tingling feeling in the heart when the pirate ship is at the maximum amplitude.

I didn't take any photos even though I brought the camera along. What an irony..just because I left the memory card in my hostel. Sigh...so I have no photos to upload..only a few Mathew sent to me just now..sometime later I shall grab from my friends.

The boat ride with Kin Lin Xin

I'm really tired but I just can't sleep. So I'll just end today by reading 'Tuesdays with Morrie". Have been wanting to read it but I just don't have the time to do so.

Tata..

It's the end

It is the day I've been anticipating and now I'm totally liberated (for a few months).

After the one-week test, I am finally freed of all the burdens and tortures of examinations! The last test was Calculus and Vectors. I expected something hard since both the English and Physics paper were so difficult and I didn't have enough time. However the complete opposite with Calculus. I had a relaxing time checking over my paper. XD. I didn't feel much after the test though, I just don't understand why but I was feeling pretty numb about it.

Anyway, right after the test, a whole gang of us went to Sunway Pyramid for celebration.
Main purpose = karaoke at Red Box

Ate at Dragon-i, hmm...I won't recommend the pork chop. I had a hard time trying to finish the fried rice. I didn't expect it to be fried rice though. Anyway, don't be fooled by the looks of the pork chop.

The beautiful background in Dragon-i

The pork chop that stole lunch

The whole group photo after lunch

While waiting for the entrance at 6 pm, I went shopping with a group of girls namely, Wei Wei, Chook Teng, Kaihan and Grace. Wasn't planning to buy anything so I just went into shops and dress up for fun purposes.

Here's one dress which cost RM 99.90 that I tried in Nichii.

After that, it was karaoke time.

Venue: Red Box @ Sunway Pyramid
(Dinner included - Buffet style)
Time: 6pm -10pm

A total of 17 people joined I guess..It was real fun..singing your time away (Guess that's what you do when you have nothing else to do).

Some candid photos of people during singing time

Haha, tata. Tomorrow is another day and another trip----> Genting! Till then..

I wanna go home! Counting down the days to go back home...*sighs*
