Chinese New Year in Miri this year is not as grand compared to previous years but there are still fireworks
The best thing about Chinese New Year is still the reunion dinner. My parents cook every year since it's just a small family gathering among five of us. I see and eat these food every reunion dinner since it's a must-have in the Chinese tradition
The most important is of course fish!! Nian nian you yu
Then there's chicken

And tiger prawns!!

That's about it for reunion dinner. Lovely dishes!! Yum Yum!!
